Mike was driving down the street in a sweat because he had an important meeting and couldn't find a parking place.
Looking up toward heaven, he said, "Lord, take pity on me. If you find me a parking place I will go to church every Sunday for the rest of my life and give up beer."
Just then a parking place miraculously appeared!
Mike looked up again and said, "Never mind. I found one!"

Some days, are like sitting on a stool, with a pail--beside a cow, and trying to get milk. You can squeeze, and sqeeze, and sqeeze, but nothing comes out. You can pump the cows tail. You can jump up and down, and give it a kick in the butt--but nothing happens. You can get in its face and say "nice cow", and all it does is go "Moo!!! and scare the hell outa yu.
I never learned till, I got into AA that there is a process, to go through.
You gotta feed it hay--before anything happens on the other end. There are a few steps to the process.
And in the end of it all? "Milk"" If its a Brown cow? Chocolate milk.:)
