Worked with a newcomer today, 63 years old shaking & withdrawing badly. I went with him to a meeting.
After the meeting I saw a new man.
He went to the secretary, picked up the venue list & literature. He told me I am now ready to start a new life in AA.
The AA book says that we do not want to miss this & I thank God for giving me the opportunity over & over in working with new people.
