I think this proves nobody reads long posts.  Got no replies to the original, so I tried to delete it but apparently there's no way to do that, so I just edited the post and removed all the content.  And I get a response.  smile

I think I already posted that 90/90 story before so it's just a yawner anyway.  I get deja vu when typing.  Home group tonight.  If it's a discussion I think I'll go into listen mode... at MIP you guys have pretty much heard everything I have to say.  At my home group they've heard it all 20 times over.  LOL.   Maybe we'll have a newbie with a resentment tonight to liven things up....

lol, hey Bari, I didn't see the original longer post. Bu I was talking this morning with a 21-year man who was kind of saying the same thing. The recovery world is a small and wise one. :)

A 21 year old who did a 90-90 at 12 years sober?  Impressive

Actually in my early sobriety I met a girl who was 6 years sober, and still 3 years away from being old enough to drink.  She'd have 28 years now... at the age of 40.  Haven't seen her although I probably wouldn't recognize her if I did.

lol nice one.

If I see the man at my meeting tonite, I'm going to say that owing to some infelcitious typing by this borderline ADHD alkie called Steve, he is 21 years old, on teh internets! :)

Sadly or happily for him, he's 45 and 21 years sober. lol
