I just watched the charming little movie "Another Year" and decided to share about it here because while it wasn't directly related to alcoholism (although that is touched on in the film), what it's about is reaping the rewards of living a life of humility, usefulness, and selflessness, and the loneliness that ultimately comes when one is self-centered, focused on the negative, and lacking in gratitude. I swear it was written by someone who has done some 12-step work!
Anyway I think it's worth checking out for those of us in recovery.
