There is no way that I get this twisted"I cannot drink and live" The obsession and compulsion has been arrested but I know that I will not refund my insanity as long as I understand I recovered from a seemingly hopeless state of body and mind, based on my "fit" spiritual condition" a daily reprieve guided by my Higher Power, whom I choose to call God and application of our solu tion"the steps'! If you are new  here, just coming around, not really sure of whats going on but the pain is starting to outweigh the pleasure, please join us in a "new way of life" We need you because we keep what we have by giving it away. Just For Today,  my thoughts will be on my new associations, people who are not using and have found a new way of life,so long as I follow that way ,I HAVE NOTHING TO FEAR! Have a blessed and productive daysmile

"I HAVE NOTHING TO FEAR"...have to smile at the memory that come with that for me Mike.  At one time had I heard you say that in a group I was in I'd a back way away from you and then turn to go hide.    ....And now after many come backs accepting and adapting my life into this program and coming to understand that I was never without Higher Power; all I had to do was stop running, I totally agree.  I also have nothing to fear.  "Free at last, Free at last.  Thank God I'm free at last."   smile
