AA saved my life & altered my perceptions. The remnant is scary. The first 100 people knew exactly what was wrong & thank God they recorded it in the AA book in 1935. But despite the science tabulated in easy style many are still dying not of ignorance anymore, but denial.

The co dependents are scarier than the alcoholic who has not recovered, because there is no motivation to seek recovery or atleast there seems to be none. Many feel vindicated.

I pray not for sobriety but to be able to continue with the steps so that my life can be managed a day at a time. We have found much of heaven in AA. The Reality of it all is deep down within.
