Sunday morning has always been a great day of the week for me. I reminds me of rebirth. Change can happen!
Another good point, I have finished all of my taped TV shows from the week. I have 2 VCR's & multiple tapes...confusion is very easy as I tape a lot of shows. Gotta get organized & label these darn things
Now, if were still drinking, I'd never find these shows on these tapes. I wouldn't make it thru screening a tape without winding up crying at some stupid commercial. I'd be in my miserable, shameful world & probably wouldn't make it to work tomorrow.
Also, another benefit to sobriety, my house is more clean! My pass-thru in my kitchen is actually not so cluttered as it usually is. I'm organizing! Wow! I used to just throw things down wherever. Now, things have their appropriate places, like my pocket change in my change jar on my dresser, jewelry in the box, car keys on a hook, etc.
It's really nice to know my head is going to be screwed on straight most of the time. Well.....most of the time....lol.
GOD can mean Good Orderly Direction, right? I like to think of it as Good Orderly Fashion, but what would that be, GOF?
