Did you ever feel like ,man, I just don't know about these spiritual awakenings and awarenesses etc ,am I missing something(keeping it on me) or should they be "more pronounced" etc ,blah ,blah... but am I also aware that all I do while I try to practice and apply spiritual principles in my actions and lives(all of them father,son,husband,friend,employee etc) are forms of prayer and awakenings. Where else could be a better place for our Higher Power"to get in touch with us then at a meeting, or sharing with a newcomer or at an event or picnic with others just like us? We may have been having spiritual awakneings even before we knew it..It is said, although there are many forms of spiritual awakenings in the different personalities of others there are a few common elements that are common, they are, a loss of lonliness and a sense of direction.These awakenings are usually accompanied also by a peace of mind and concern for others. Working our steps will bring us here, sometimes in spite of ourselves. When we take actions, thinking what I am doing ain't gonna work but continue to do them long enough to see that they do,viola!!! now look at that ,and didnt even realize I had an awakening!.,. anyway ramblings from one who just continues to move forward, guided by his Higher Power and applying theses principles in his own life and actions to the best of his ability. My life is a spiritual awakening ,I dont have to have a letter delivered or the seas to part, I can feel it in my heart and am truly grateful. Sometimes when I try to get too "deep" it is best to just relax, breathe ,know that I am in the care of... and let it roll,,not easy for someone who was always trying to "find the answer!! The more I surrender ,the more is revealed,,now didn't I hear that somewhere!!!!! :).....Have a blessed and productive day....

Great post Mike F. Should they be more pronounced? Ask Toni. It is almost like they are more pronounced when you really need them OR, in other words, when you do not need them, and are maintaining a spiritual, well balanced life, you do not get the adrenalin filled help you got when you cried out in anguish for it. I hear you bro. Part of our job is to keep the faith and lets hope we do not need the "more pronounced" help again! Tom
