The Good Lord has brought me through. I am just out of the hospital after a double coronary artery bypass.
I was not feeling well and had some of the symptoms of a heart attack so I decided to go to the emergency room for a check up. The EKG and blood enzymes indicated that I had not yet had a heart attack but the ER doctor strongly recommended I stay and be admitted until my cardiologist decided what was best. I agreed.
He decided on a angiogram in the cath lab during which procedure my heart stopped and they had to bring me back with the paddles. They found that the left main heart artery also known as the widow maker was 66% blocked and a lateral artery was 85% blocked.
I am now home and I am doing great!. The doctor's and nurses were amazed by my positive attitude and quick recovery. Of course that is all due to AA and my HP.
My HP has a great sense of humor. When I was leaving the hospital I happened to notice the closest parking lot light pole had two turkey buzzards staring down at me!
Not Yet guys, you will just have to wait. LOL

Aloha Larry!! of course it works when you work it and you're "living" proof of that even while passing "attitude" to the hospital staff. Teaching turkey buzzards patience...what a howl.!! LOL... Glad you are doing great. Keep up with the suggested program of recovery; hospital wise and stick around with the rest of the family. ((((hugs))))
