...Tears are the rain that washes the soul...

Had a good cry last night, for alot of different reasons. Part of recovery for me has been allowing those feelings of helplessness to run thier course, knowing that God has a plan and if I don't know what it is yet, I will someday. Part of the solution is to be of service to others...and so I ask today...How can I be of service today?

Love, cheri

Cheri, I too cried alot yesterday. I feel better today, tears are cleansing. We have to feel all the emotions, can't let them build up too long or I get sick, or I become emotionally bankrupt.

You are of service here each time you post. Thank you and God's plan is being fulfilled.

(((Hugs)))
