Yes, I agree 100% that we should have a Codependents forum on the site. Just bare with me, let me get my barings some and I'll start putting one together and notify everyone of its existance once I have the work done. Just be patient, as right now, I'm not operating at full capacity, just trying to keep breathing and go through the motions of each day the best I can.
Glad to see you are not being all "co" about it, and are putting yourself first, in a healthy way. And we certainly can all benefit from exercising some patience!! Take your time---and a few deep breaths. Slow in, slow out, there ya go!
