Does anyone else ever feel like they have a little secret to happiness?? Since being in the program for about 3 years now, I feel happy like a child. Corney I know but to be able to feel anything was a step up. I can sit on the couch with my dog and watch tv and a surge will come over me. Contentment. Alot to be said. It doesn't have to be anything big now. I have bad days like the rest of the world. But my copeing skill are much better and I feel Joy and happiness like I never had... Shhhhhh....its a secret!!!
Hey Susie! you know for me,I feel by continually working spiritual principles in my life .practicing what I preach,that I an so much more at ease ,knowing my Higher Power is pleased with me and the peace"does surpass all understanding!!God and I have been doing a lot of laughing together lately,ssooo cool!have a blessed and productive day!!
