Hi all, sorry I vanished, my hard drive died on my PC followed by my modem. £200 later, it works again.

i know that out of touch feeling, i just about had a raging fit this morning as my computer does a scan in the middle of the night, first thing i do after talking to my HP in the morning is sit down to my pc, well, for a few minutes i thought i removed my whole something or other on here...if that makes sense....as my job prevents me from going to as many meetings as i like i really rely on my pc to keep me sane and sober. What a relief after a restart to be able to come on here this morning.
think i'll carry that fear over to taking that first drink....:)

Never again. was crying, really powerful post. Hope your computer sorts it'self out. they are truly irritating b*****ds when they don't do as requested.
