During a medical exam at a nearby hospital, medical personnel found a mouse tail hanging from Smith's rectum. An X-ray revealed a mouse lodged inside Smith.

Being a nurse with more than my share of time in A & E (I think you guys over in the USA call it the ER) I sadly had no more of a reaction to this than a wry smile......there is a bit of an urban myth in Oz hospitals that tells of a young hippy-guy admitted to A & E in a large rural hospital with dizziness, nausea, blurred vision etc. The person in question had questionable personal hygiene and a head full of dreadlocks. When being showered prior to admission the nurse found a nest of redback spiders in his hair!!!! I dont know whether you guys have redbacks over there but they are a particularly nasty spider we have down here. As we say in the nursing profession "You just gotta shake your head".
