we are just a breath away from November, amazing.....
just as i am often an arm's reach from drinking, or even a breath away from doing something that could hurt others in my life... the steps remind me of my choice for this moment and points out that life "run on self will" can hardly be a success. my will is out of whack, so it is important i lean on my Higher Powers will for my life. living my life by gratifying my own will is living in bondage to self.
i thank God for the opportunities to exercise 'choosing the right thing to do', but even more than that, i thank my Higher Power that He even provides the vehicle and the gas to do it.
