Just a few notes that might help someone new to AA who`ve also got a diagnossis of bi polar mood disorder

1
always take your meds and see your doc/shrink and listen very carefully to what they say and trust their opinion even if you don`t agree withi "fake it to make it "

2
all alcoholics in my limited experience have grandiose delusions but yours are grander than most. Practice humility all the time . you`re a grain of sand on the beach not a boulder

3
Watch out for irritability and if you find yourself saying my partners being nasty just keep your mouth shut and take the dog out for a walk(my poor dogs got a limp from walking too much, poor thing and she`s a Border Collie)

Writing this helps me and I hope it might help you

I'm not bipolar, but #3 is dead on---pretty much what my sponsor said. Don't engage! Wishing you all the best.
