I was recently diagnosed with diabetes. My doctor put me on a course of insulin and tablets. It would not help. So I sat in prayer and asked God to help me to manage this disease just like He helped me with my alcoholism. It worked wonderfully and I am almost a normal person now. I find that although we are afflicted, God's grace is sufficient for us.
In fact the victory is a testimony to the love of our heavenly Father.
He really cares for us His children.

I would help of thy power, they love and thy way of life...."

Grace certainly is sufficient.

Thanks Jerry. That used to be my life line in AA in the early days. I am always reminded of the step 3 prayer in the BB.
