There is nothing more painful than walking around with bitterness in your heart.

We must accept that fate sometimes seems cruel, and let go. We must be confident that time will heal if necessary. Even when we are scared, and our emotions overtake us we must trust that fate is right and we must know that fate is really kind. We can be scared if we must, but we must also be strong

All that it may take for us to start believing in ourselves, is for someone else to really believe in us.

When we have always been hurt, we wonder why the situation should change. We must remove our doubt. That is when our life will improve. By removing our doubt, we are changing the pattern of our life, and that is what will make the difference.

We know when we meet our right partner because everything that we have ever believed, every hope that we ever clung to, every dream that we ever had, and every future which we ever saw, has led us to this person. Our life has prepared us for this person, our life has taught us to recognise this person, our life freed us to be ready for this person, and our life has shown us who we are. When we know who we are we also know who makes us complete. We can give to this person the only thing which is truly ours to give, and not just a token. We can give this person ourselves.

Went to a noon meeting. A friend let a person stay at his house(USING) TRYING TO HELP HIM.


Anyway he had to go away for a day when he return his friend and belongings were gone. We read tenth step, but it turned into  the  topic of anger and resentment.  I said all i know is i have to get rid of it the battle or the fight is sometimes not worth it. I just cut my losses on my sour deal. h---l with it, let them have what they need. It always comes back 10 fold, just never know when but in GODS time. Just watch a spiritual tape it said if a man steals your shirt ask him if he needs your pants, give them to him and forgive him.  WOW!! This man dosen't have very much, and he didn't want to have the other person arrested. His choice I guess. I ask him if I could help him out in anyway, said he'd be ok. Anyway he was not angery  GREAT!!

I agree with you Rick. Sometimes the battle is just not worth it. Sometimes we have to just give up, to go forward.


Sometimes it hard to give up that battle. As an alky, Im not a giver upper. You can drive me into the ground with a hammer, and Ile still be fighting. Some of us are stubborn SOBs hahaha


But yu know? Someone up there knows better than me. I can pray to Him for my way, but the answer I get is. "Its my train Son, and I have better places to take you, so climb on, and  HANG ON" and TRUST ME.

The guy that took in the newcommer.? Everythings a risk.:) But we just keep giving buddy. And yes-we get back tenfold.

There is so much truth in this Phil, and when we are ready to trust those inner feelings and guidance, life can take us places, we never imagined. Together wonderful things happen, when two people are exactly where they are meant to be - doing whatever it happens to be.


We meet folks like this in our work, relationships, daily encounters...Partnerships can be very powerful things.

thank you for the dust, just a little different  from the happy dust i use to use!!  Ya know what I mean???


Actually the dust just kept me going, so i could be sicker when i stopped using!!


Good thing that was years ago it would kill me quick today
