When we are tired, we need to stop and give ourselves time to rest. Sometimes we think we can't spare the time. But without rest, all our activity soon becomes a burden and there is no joy in it. Animals know it is necessary to take time to rest. This is part of the rhythm of life: activity and rest, effort and relaxation.
Our bad moods are often our body's way of telling us we need rest. When we were little, we needed naps. Somehow, we forget to allow ourselves this right when we are older. We are wise to remember we never outgrow this need for rest to make the day go better.
When we return to our day refreshed, we have given ourselves and all those around us the gift of ourselves at our best.

MY ANIMALS KNOW MORE THAN I DO. UNCONDITIONBAL LOVE ALWAYS. I NEVER HAD MUCH OF THAT FROM HUMANS. SAD: jUUST TRYING TO SLOOOOOOW DOWN. LOTS OF CRAP GOING ON I WON'T CRY TO YOU,JUST PRAY. THINKING OF MY MISSING CAT, I NEVER WANTED ANY CATS. I HAD CATS AS A CHILD AND JUST DIDN'T CARE. WE'LL 2 WERE SENT MY WAY AS STRAYS ABOUT 5 OR 6 YEARS APART. THE MISSING ONE USE TO HANG ON THE SCREEN ON THE 2 ND FLOOR OF MY HOUSE. USE TO WORRY HE WOULD FALL A FULL STORY, SO I WOULD GRAB HIM AND PULL HIM IN THE WINDOW. WE'LL I STARTED TO LIKE HIM, OFF TO THE VET ETC. USE TO SAY GOD SENT HIM AND HE CAN TAKE HIM ANY DAY, MAYBE IN PROJECTING HE IS DEAD, WHO KNOWS ONLY TIME WILL TELL. I MISS THE LITTLE S----T, SO DOES MY DOG AND OTHER CAT. I GUESS I'M SLOOOWING DOWN RIGHT NOW AS I POST. WENDY I CAN RELATE TO TURNING ON THE COMPUTER AND HRS. IT TAKES ME SOOOOO LONG JUST TO TYPE THIS IN. I WAS A MEATCUTTER NOT A SECRETARY, MY SPELLING IS BAD, BUT I SEE I'M NOT THE ONLY ONE. THE GOOD THING IS NOBODY ON HERE COMPLAINS!!!! Ive tried to use a hammer in each hand at the same time, but somehow, it just doesnt work.:)
And animals yaaa-have a cat that jumps on my head at 3 am and says" Wake up. Ive got noone to play with." And 4 fish that look at me through the glass each morning with those big eyes, and say "feed me Daddy." Hell! I dont even swim!! hahaha
I gotta get a life!! lol

Unconditional love? Its great to give it but if your giving it to someone whos sitting on top of a sheet pile, what youre going to get back, is going to stink.
