Hey Larry, A big congrats on 34 x 365 one day at a time. My Mother actually has 34 years now until december. She got sober when I was 15 (50 now) so I'm exactly aware of how long that is. Thanks for being here and all that you contribute to the board. We're lucky to have you.
Wow.....34 years...one day at a time!! You are what I aspire to be!! Only 29 years to go for me......hohoho!! Can't think that far into the future......only can do it one day at a time!! Just like all of us in recovery....
Oh jolly good. Did you get sober very young, or are you very old?
Biker Bill,
I was 31 years old when I got sober just short of my 32 bithday on July 20th
I am now 65 going on 66 the 20th of July
I am still very young

Yep, got sober when older, get younger the longer you live. Age is a number. Youth is a state of being. Sometimes I feel old, mostly I feel young every day that passes.
