I just wondered if there was a recovery wristband similar to the "livestrong" type ones ?

Hm, not that I know of, but there are plenty of sites with cool recovery jewelry. I bought a ring with the circle/triangle at the International Convention, and a glass pendant with the symbol. The ring is subtle enough not to scream its symbolism, but the pendant is one I'd be likely to wear only to AA functions.

I used to wear a simple rubber band around my wrist. I knew what it meant to me, and I could always give it a quick snap when I started taking myself too seriously. Plus, it make people ask questions, and I learned to come up with some crazy answers...it kept people on their toes around me ;).

Hey Lexie, do you have any websites you could recommend? I actually tried looking for a bracelet just last week that had the AA triangle symbol but was not too "obvious" (so I could wear it all the time) and was surprised that I couldn't find much.

Hm,

I didn't find a whole lot in the way of bracelets--mostly rings, earrings and pendants. This serenity prayer one is kinda cool...  You can google "recovery jewelry" and find some others.

Ebay has some pretty cool stuff. I've been making some stuff of my own...mostly out of stainless steel and aluminum. Maybe I should think about a "side project".
