Hello my dear friends.....hve been reading the Board about twice a week...

Cannot really sit and write, I have a 5th and 6th Vertibrae, that got very slammed together in a very old car accident, it flairs up at times, and did take the necessary steps that are needed when ever it flares about once every year or so.... I have all the goodies, traction machine, heat thingy ypu put in Micrwave, and the Tens machine, bla, bla bla, :)   for getting it again to a manageable and dont have to think about...........so until then, I guess my HP WANTS me to feel like I am 105, agewise..:)

But still here and say Thank You to God for my Sober life, with the clear understanding of "This Too Shall Pass" 

A big hug to all of you, hope to be posting and responding to this awesome MIP...soon!

Dorazi, huh? I wish we had more Italians living here in the midwest. The US is like a giant slice of white bread with a pumpernickel crust.

Anyway, paisan, I hope you get well soon. Can they just fuse those things into one big vertibrae and be done widdit?
