My daughter is finishing up a short term in-house treatment for meth addiction (and alcohol and pot, too) in Lincoln. Her counselors REALLY want her to remain in Lincoln so that she can attend daily meetings. (She can't drive. In my town there is one meeting a week, so her counselor feels her returning here is not an option.) Despite her counselors best efforts, all attempts to get my daughter into a half-way or a three-quarter-way house have failed for one reason or another.

Her counselors have agreed to let her stay where she's at for another week (MAYBE two) in the hopes that she can find a sponsor who will allow her to live with him/her. (in Lincoln!)

If there is anyone here from Lincoln, or who knows someone in Lincoln who has been recovered for a year (or more), would you please let me know?

Thank you.

Hello,

I don't know which you'll see first, so I'm covering all the bases - check your messages, I enclosed a name of someone who may help...

Best of luck,
Dave Harm
