.......end of week two, another 7 lbs gone (total loss is 11lbs) and an inch off the gut.

The skills I have learnt in AA and the new attitudes I have developed are most definitely helping me to stay focussed without geting obsessive.

You're the man Bill! Keep hopping on that scale daily. It's time for me to drop 10 lbs. I was doing realy well last year, working out 3 times a week and attending a kick boxing/aerobics class, then I blew out my hamstring and got the H1N1 flu. Hamstring is healed now and I've been back in the gym but I've got to step up the pace and cut back on the carbs. Thanks for inspiring me.

Hey Bill,
Way to go man. I hope to be there with ya (losing an inch or two) pretty soon here. Instead of losing weight...I'm putting it on! AGH!!!
Oh well, you encourage me to maybe get more serious about this exercise and diet stuff. Thanks.
