So today I'd planned to sleep late, eat well, exercise and do a big bunch of other stuff.

Should've known that when I woke up at the normal time, my plans were gonna havta change!

Managed the eat well bit, managed the exercise bit, but it took me much longer to write the IG minutes, so I didn't get in the shed or tidy up the office. Had a good long massage though.

Tomorrow was re planned to be a day in the shed, then I met with sponsee no.3 who asked to work step 8 tomorrow and sponsee no. 4 is coming in the evening for 4 and 5.  (Sponsee no.1 is still stuck on step 4 and sponsee 2 has finally bought a big book.)

So I'll only get the morning in the shed.

Still, a bit of really good news, one of my nephews is going to be a Dad again and his partner has found a better house for them all to live in.

That kinda sorta sounds like taking life on life's terms Bill.  The more I try to
manage the more I fail to manage well.  I like that part of the program I've
learned that says, "Just for today I will have a program.  I may not follow it
exactly but at least I will have one."   We got babies coming also but none
staying over ...LOL   smile

Bill,
Good stuff man.  You'll get more spiritual growth by working with the sponsee's than you would in the shed.  The shed can be done on another day.  The BB tells us nothing insures immunity more than helping another alcoholic.  Carrying the message....  Just think- people actually coming to you for help....  Not sure about you, but when I was drinking there was no one coming to me for anything.

......and they changed again! Got in the shed this morning, fixed the brakes, now the battery is bone flat (it's 7 years old, sat in the shed through the winter and I haven't started the bike in 5 months.)

My 1 p.m. sponsee came and we worked well, which was great. The 7 p.m. sponsee cried off - called into work. So I did the ironing and made a pork Tagine.
