With immense gratitude I'm wrapping up another sober decade and beginning a new one. Working today hopefully finishing a nice project in Tampa, and it's going to be wonderful day in the 70's. The wife's family wanted to give me a party, but I haven't had a birthday party since I was 20 and after looking at a bunch of pictures, of my school friends, having their parties It didn't look like that much fun to me.
Hey Dean! half a century man, that makes it sound like 'TIME IN" HUH!Have a joyous day, enjoy sobriety ,things you are able to do now that you could'nt even think of then..For us each day is a celebration of 'life" that is. Take the party man and treat yourself..have a blessed and productive day, I will share your joy today in my heart and know in a few weeks I will also get another number added to the chart!!Only by the Grace(God's unmerited favor for us)!!!!

Aloha Dean....Do something absolutely memorable for yourself today so that of course you will be able to remember your 50th. Later on your forgetter takes over and well....been there and done that and would like to remember it but...you know? Well no you don't know you're just a baby still. Do something memorable and legal.
HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!! If a party isn't your thing, you BETTER find a way to let others celebrate you. Fifty is the new Fourty, which is the new Thirty, which basically means that we are all living longer and don't know what to do with ourselves. ENJOY!!!!
Thankyou family for the well wishes. I had a great day at work and I'm going out tonight with my lovely wife for some seafood on the beach and some mango keylime pie. Jerry I'm so blessed that I can't even think of anything I'd rather do then taking my wife, in the convertible , to beach for dinner. I just doesn't get any better.
Especially the mango keylime pie...Brother if you can hook that recipie for me I'd be forever grateful ...which still comes a bit earlier for me than you. LOL
Ack, Jerry you have 666 post!!! Sean glad you had such a wonderful day & a beautiful wife to spend it with!! Can't get no better than that!!;)

Last evenings drive to the beach with your wife, agree, cannot top that....
Happy first day of you 51st year, and no no smartie pants words out of me on that one....been there done that..:)
Have to tell you, I read this late last night, and what has occupied way to much of my thinking is
pie MANGO Key Lime...
Toodles, Toni even just with this little face... all I can see is a smiling lime......ok, enough.... oh well what about a confused mango to go with it.
I wish that I could send one of these Publix (grocery store) brand mango keylime pies to you and Jerry. words can't describe. how good they taste. It's worth a trip to FL. Remember Publix for yummy pies. lol Something that's equally as yummy, that you probably can get is a carrot cake from Sam's Club. Omg, the cream cheese icing on that two layer cake is everywhere.

Publix? Wow... I'm presently developing a new product line for them. If the cakes I'm creating sell to them.... you'll be eating my versions of these cakes!!!!

No there isn't any Publix in Nebraska. You see I'm in charge of the research and development department of a bakery. And we are in the early stages of getting their business. Right now, it is for the Holiday Fruitcake line.
Don't laugh, we make an incredible Christmas fruitcake. But I have developed other fruitcakes which are also in the process of hopefully selling to them. Cranberry-Orange, Gingerbread Pear, and a Hazelnut Peach.
But what really is starting to take hold is a liquor cake line I developed - without the liquor. A typical liquor cake is injected after baking with booze... to keep it "real" so in fact you could get drunk eating them. My cakes do not get injected and after baking all that is left is the taste - not the booze. It really is a glorified pound cake. But I've developed some odd flavors. A Mexican Mocha cake... that when you first take a bite you get a lot of chocolate... but after you swallow you get the "hot" taste of Cheyenne pepper.
Just the fruitcake line will provide my company with over 50,000 pounds of cake... which is roughly ten days production...
