I am so excited about tomorrow!! My friend in AA is a manicurist. As a gift my sponsor bought me a nice sized gift certificate to go see her. Tomorrow my sponsor and I are both going to go get pedicures! How fun!!
Then tomorrow night, my other AA sister whom I haven't seen in a few months, is going to have me over for dinner. Then, she wants me to help her dye her hair. She divulged that she got her hair whacked off short again last week, and so did I.... LOL So we are going to streak eachother's hair tomorrow night, just like we would do years ago, maybe 10 yeasr ago, when we were still trying to find our way out of feeling like teenagers still, and riding around getting tattoos and wacky hair colors and buying CD's and getting coffee..... what a great time young and sober. Now we are going through a mid-life crisis I guess, and it sure is fun to share it, sober.
We ladies especially, really can recapture some innocence of our childhoods again, and to top it off, many have REAL "baby-dolls" now!! (Yikes!!)

LOL Yah, it is crazy when your kids are old enough to TATTOO!!! LOL My stepson is only 14 but it now a full inch taller than his dad, and wears a size 12 shoe!!! My husband wrestled with him while they were here over Christmas, and he whooped his dad's BUTT!!
(My husband says privately that he doesn't think he can take any more of that, he is getting too old- and he's only 36 LOL)
