Aloha Family...anyone here done service in their district with Public Information?  I
need support, ESH, mentoring, sponsorship in this area.  Yes I have asked locally
and have hitched up with Literature and more and a live voice to listen to would
also fill in the contrast.

At your convenience and in advance Mahalo in Service.  smile

What made you say that Bill?? giggle.gif

YES, I have experience by the truckload in most aspects of P.I. having started doing school talks since I was 2 years sober, (that's getting on 18 years now)  I am 'NOTgainfully employed' visiting our local NHS run detox unit, visiting once a week to chat to residents, and our new member Nick experienced this for the first time this week, and he loves it.  Hopefully, I might be able to step down from service before much longer, Nick is a natural for it.

The best part of P.I. for me is a charitable trust called PMNW Trust (Prison Me No Way)  and it's hardto explain, and maybe not something you have over there, but here's the PMNW website  http://www.pmnw.co.uk/

We have worked with this trust for 4-5 years now, and have a great relationship with all the other organisations which take part in these crime awareness days.

If you have any specific Q's, PM me, or ask me in this thread, it might help others who may be thinkng about doing this service.
