Many a Tuesday or Saturday Night at 8:00 P. M. or because of Daylight Savings Time at 9:00 P. M. I check the Miracles In Progress Online Meeting Site.
When I get on, I usually try and use the same nickname, that way if a person gets on and sees it they will know I have been on before.
Quite a few times people get on but nobody wants to talk or type in this case I guess.
I have had the chance to talk to 2 different people though 1 from Alaska and the other from England. But usually one at a time on different days or times.
Has interest in this part of the website dropped off that bad or is it possible people just do not like using it?
One would think if you do not want to go to a normal meeting or by chance are housebound for one reason or the other The Online Meeting would still help someone out.
I know for a fact the one I talked to in Alaska welcomed my suggestions and thanked me for spending the time with her almost 3 hours worth.
Just thoughts, I had been on from 8:00 P. M. until about 8:30 then got off. One or two people did enter but before I could say hi or anything else they had left.
So decided to vent here.

Ya know, the internet meetings are a great idea no doubt. I have been to many in the past and have not checked out the chat room here. Guess I will try that and see what I need to download to get in. Thanks for your interest. I for one am glad you were there for the ppl you did have the chance to share with in the room. We just never know when God is gonna put ppl in our paths do we ?
hmmm, I just tried to get in the room and it wants me to install something called active X controller or something like that and my computer will not allow it. So, if any puter guru comes along and can tell me how to get past that, then I'll try ....
We currently don't have anyone to regularly chair these meetings. I have tried to get people interested and we've had a couple of meetings with 3 people. I've seen "guest" come in and not post anything and I"ve "sat" in there for 20 minutes and no one showed. If anyone is interested in having meetings, post in this thread. Then those that are interested should discuss which night and such. I would really like to see a perpetual meeting, for those that discover this site and try it. I do realize that it's awkward to use the room at first, but other groups in MIP are having regular meetings so it's possible.
I tried it a few times with the same results mentioned here; no shows or few shows. I'd be willing to commit to Saturday nights if others are also. It's a bit different than a in person meeting, but more like a regular meeting than the message board. I liked it for the most part.
I plan on being on tonight at 8 PM and if possible at 9 PM. I have found that with the different time zones some people forget and are on one of the times.
I am having a NIGHT OWL online meeting tonight at 12 am pst or 3 am est I am in OREGON USA and you can use a time converter here http://www.google.com/landing/searchtips/#time just type in oregon and it will convert to your time. It will be at 12 am pst my time tonight starting at midnight on 2-20-2010 thats 3 am eastern. SO if you are up or a night owl like me feel free to stop in, thanks
