It's a great time of the year in AA, the meetings are crowded with a lot of new folks hoping to either get more active or join our way of life.

Extend a hand to the new people as a hand was extended to us.

Happy New Years to all also!!

HAPPY NEW DAY EVERYONE!!! We lost a couple of members over the Christmas/New Year period, which isn't unexpected. It takes a lot more effort to stay sober at this time of year.

On a more positive note, we had 2 newcomers both came to their first meeting Christmas Eve and stayed sober the whole holiday!!! How great is THAT???

Happy New Year 2010, Karen :) That does rock, Avril! Godbless those who lose their way. May they find the path again or peace where they rest. Love to you all, Danielle x

sober new years is more fun.  No drama thank god.  I did not miss a thing.  Except for the taste of champagne.  I did love the taste of that.  All things considered, pretty easy choice.
