Hey All,
Anyone remember "Mr Magoo's a Christmas Carol" with Jim Baccus as the voice of Mr Magoo?  Alas..............The last time I watched this, I probably had on a pair of pajamas with feet in them!!!  Its all good when you are sober!!!

Yes it is Tom.  Magoo was for me proof of the existence of a Power greater than ourselves.
Enjoy the event and Merry Christmas.   smile

haha...the roadrunner. I often compare my drinking to the roadrunner's escapades. Poor silly guy would just scrape himself off the pavement from a failed attempt at capturing that elusive coyote, and he'd be back ordering from acme again.........hmmmmm...this time it will be different.disbeliefsmile

btw....I do remember Mr. Magoo.wink

I need more to go on.  I have a vague memory of a mumbler and fumbler with very large round glasses.  My early favorite cartoons were underdog, and later the flintstones and scooby doo.  I can't say why I liked those now.  Well since you go back awayswink, maybe you can help with memories of a show(live action, not a cartoon) no one else ever recalls.  It was about a boy and maybe some other kids.  There was a  magic hat that would grow and grow, you could get in it and it would take them/him to other places.  It would have been broadcast about the same time as the banana splits, land of the lost, and sigmund and the seamonster.  It possible that the drinking that distorted my thinking has also damaged my memories of childhood TV too.

Happy sober Holidays,
Angela
