After so many 24hrs... sober finding myself on a tropical Island on the Pacific side of Panama...my sobriety comes first with me its not about meetings but trying to practice the principles in all my affairs
Crossed the Panama canal in my own boat...readying it to cross the Pacific to Australia 10,000 miles
I do not have computer service have 6 minutes left in this internet cafe..while visiting Costa Rica before returning to my boat saturday.
Dont drink..get to meetings whenever possible and most important the 12 steps every day
