Just checking in to let Friends know that I'm doing fine. Not "woo-hoo", but fine. No worries, though. Nothing that will affect my sobriety today.
This time of year the last couple of years I feel like sh*t because my job conflicts with my values. What's wrong with Christmas? The commercialization and lack of spirituality. What do I do for a living?
I sell and write ads.
Wait...I have an idea...I'll write & sell some "reason for the season" and "fight the holiday blues" PSA's and sell them to non-retail businesses!!
Man, I knew that if I sat down with ya'll and had a share I'd get a brain-baby and feel better, too! Woo Hoo!
Rob, Good to see you are back and doing OK. God gave you some creative talents, I guess not everything we use them for will be spiritual ad at leat you realize that.
Guess that is why we need to take a few moments during the day for some AA contact and prayer and meditation.
