Howdy, Been going through some stormy seas lately. As usual the steps pointed out, "trouble of our own making". Bummer !!!! A songwriter said "Embrace the rolling ocean" another said "only drowning men could see HIM". The daily repreive is holding true for me. Drinking and drugging offer no solution today. Nothing ever remains the same, as the only constant in life is change. There will be calm water ahead, and as you said, just staying in Trust - Faith ---
I do believe that most of us get tested in those words of "don't drink, NO MATTER WHAT" I feel your underlying strength in you HP, that is holding steady as the storm blows......
I reckon this is why, when I came around' someone said 'Welcome to HMS Recovery, stay right in the middle of the boat, less chance you'll fall out that way' I say this a lot in meetings where newcomers are, but us oldies can get a lot from stuff like that.
