coffeecup.gif Hi...I'm LeeU & new 2 this board, Not new to AA. I'm (getting to be) an "old timer" with stunted maturity LOL! I'm also a "loner" & don't do tons of live mtgs. anymore, so cyber sobriety really floats my boat and keeps me in balance with my program. DOS 4/6/83.  Glad to be here.

Hi Lee, nice to see you again. Welcome to our board, there's quite a few "old timers" here and the Ladies pretty much rule, although the number of Gentlemen regulars has increased 3 fold in a years time. smile.gif

Another loner  YAY!!   But then I would have had a sponsor teach me that if what
I was doing was hampering my recovery (didn't like) do the opposite...I still do that
when I'm not isolating.

Aloha and Welcome LeeU.   I'm looking forward to our ESH.

(((((Hugs))))) smile

biggrinYAY, great to 'meet' another ageing hippy of my era. DOB 15/04/1954 DOS 11/07/1990

I am presently in an AA convention in Malta. FOUR STAR HOTEL!!!! I have never been thrown out of a four * before now, and I am not anticipating being thrown out of this one today.  biggrin

Only reason I never got thrown out of them in a previous life is because I could never afford to go into one.  no

Don't feel like the long ranger.  I am considered an old timer too, but I am very new at this.   Welcome.

Hi welcome! Do you actually do online meetings? On another website perhaps? I'm curious.

There are virtual AA meetings available online, I used to use the ones on Paltalk, which are great for those times when the 'committee meeting in the head' wants to argue all night long, I would get up, log on, switch off then go back to bed and SLEEP.

Welcome, Lee!
New Hampshire, eh? I grew up in Rutland, VT. Wow...I left New England at age 17 the year you started sobriety.

Welcome, Old Timer!

Rob
