Hey All, I am starting the annual event at my job that causes me immense amounts of stress. It has been my excuse to drink and slip in the past, and it was where I found MIP 2 years ago. If you have a spare moment, if you can send a prayer my way to give me the strength, clarity, confidence and motivation I will need to succeed it would be greatly appreciated! Tom

It's good that you're making us aware that you're about to enter the 'lions den', and you're on my prayer list too (You even knocked ME off top slot!!)
Further on in your recovery, you wi be able to go into any drinking situation and not even think about drinking/not drinking. Sounds like you got the willingness, which is a brilliant start on the road to recovery.
