My first birthday in AA July 7th 1986 Now my birthday is 2000. I picked July 7th cuz I can't remember exact date in 2000. It is important to me to post original date because I have never stopped recovery and the memories of learning a new way to live and having a relationship with my sweet higher power ; I do honor the significance of abstenence- Mental Health isn't possible without it.
ops! I was trying to post in the birthday thread and now I see how to do it. Isn't that just like sobriety. We have to take action to learn what we don't know! Faith without works is dead-someone so wisely said.
Hi Danielle- excuse the sp but I don't want to loose this thought by going back to sp correctly. My brain doesn't retain for long. I am attending new meetigs and meeting new people here in just a short time so I am beginning to loose track of who I have responded to.
