Goodmorning, I started my morning off with a cup of coffee and a gratitude list. I am so thankful for ya'll, thanks for the replies to my post yesterday.
I am grateful for my God, my sobriety, my family,the health I have today,my serenity,the laughter in my life, my AA-Alanon family, my church family,my friends, this computer.....the list is a long one. The cup is running over.

The book "Staying Sober -A guide to relapse prevention" is by Terence T. Gorski and Merlene Miller, Forward by Father Martin. I found it in a used book store many years ago. It has helped me over and over again.There is also a workbook that goes with it.
Cheri, it sounds as though you are having those first year jitters, sounds normal. Just keep working on that 4th Step.It's okay to feel the feelings you need to feel, talk to us and your sponsor.

Nic ,how did the cleaning turnout? Did the girls come through? I bet it was fun...or interesting anyway.I remember the fights my daughter and I use to have about her room and her lack of interest in cleaning. Everyone use to say , oh she'll get better at housework. Not, she still hates it, her husband does most of it.
