Hi all,
Got through the HR meeting, read my daily reflection before going in and it said to hand it over, I did. I had decided to conceal a few things from hr man but did not, have to take my chances and its just as well as I would have got others into difficulties had I not. I firmly believe my HP was guiding and supporting me in the meeting, as I was not nervous, and afterwards I was not elated or depressed, just normal, took myself off to a meeting and shared, which was great. This too will pass and I have found the sneaky little underhand ways I used while drinking are not necessary, those ways always caused me a lot of bother as I worried about being found out. I'm supposed to get a response on friday but thats not in my hands

Hi Lorna,

YOu are beginning to sound like you are one of the lucky ones, like some other dear folks here, that got into AA and it seemed to stick, and you work on it everyday, applying all that you hear and read in the BB and 12 Steps to your life.

And also so wonderful that you have the same job, and you can see how everything is starting to look different.
and Putting your Higher Power in a Place where you will not allow anything to come between that--- THAT IS GOAL IN WORKING THE STEPS, AND IT IS THE PROGRAM, ITSELF. my opinion.

Hugs and congrats on turning over yet another leaf in the work place.

So good to see you here, keeping us up to date on your life and your Recovery.

Warm Hugs, Toni
