We had a group conscience meeting last year and decided that, in accordance with the 10th tradition, what anyone (or organization), outside of AA thinks about AA is an "Outside issue" and as such isn't something that we're going to discuss here. I did read the info at the link that you posted and appreciate what the guy tried to do. But imo trying to answer the blathering of a intellectually dishonest (and frankly a disturbed) person is fruitless and most cases can add to the credibility.
10. Alcoholics Anonymous has no opinion on outside issues; hence the A.A. name ought never be drawn into public controversy.
