Just stopping by to say hi. Life is pretty good, and very very busy. I started going to my parents on my days off. They have meetings twice a day up in their community. Meeting people, getting out, just living life.
Court is coming soon, and the ex will try to take more away, but the 1 thing I have learned so far in this journey is that nobody can take away my sobriety. You can have it all, I have something better. Serenity is just a bonus, but they try to take that once in a while too. I have also learned the key for me, is balance, no wide emotional swings, and things stay in perspective. That took a lot of practice. Got my 1 year coin a while back...... and lost it. But I will never lose what it represented. That will always be my gift from God.
All I know is, I'm sober, and for that I am thankful.

Woo hoo! Glad to hear from you and glad you're hanging on. Life on life's terms as we say!
A huge CONGRATS on one year. Funny (ironic not ha-ha) you loseing your coin. I found a very unusual one in the AA parking lot about 2 weeks ago, and have yet to locate it's owner.
Keep checking in.....You're missed around this place.
((hugs))
