I had a spiritual awakening (and maybe a rude awakening as well) when it was pointed out to me that willing and want to are not the same --- I can be willing to do something (and DO it) without wanting to ---- my brain wants me to blur the line between them so that I can do nothing and say "well, I guess God just hasn't given me the WILLINGNESS yet..." what a load that is! If I am doing it, I am willing!
