Thank you for sharing your Sobriety with us, Mark. Your ESH is so valuable. I was trying to write out a reply to your 'Therapist, Heal Thyself' post yesterday but I wasn't sure if it was too analytical & I didn't want to say anything stupid or assumative so I didn't! lol I really related to what you said & I'm glad you shared that too. I'll probably get a chance to say what I wanted some other time as tis relevent to a lot of problems we alcoholics have in our thinking & how the program helps to sort us out ;) lol Have a fantastic & happy Sober Day.
