I am having the same kind of problems I always have on holidays,,, similar to last Christmas,,,, but guess what? I learned a lot since my Christmas 'research' and I am coping much better. I am not drinking. I did cut back and am skipping some of the things I had planned, but this time I don't feel guilty about that. I am doing the best I can do and I think God is satisfied with that.

I am praying for you as I do for everyone on the board that you will have a blessd sober day. As we know knowledge is important, we know we are alcoholic, then we choose not to pick up that drink. Just for today I will be sober.
