Hey Rick, I just wanted to say thank you for the previous post to Suzy. Thank you for the service work, the 12 th Step in action. You and Phil are so good about that. Do you copy and paste or do you have type all that out? I'm a little computer stupid......

It's all about giving back what was so freely given. 


 I was sober for 6 years and let let some resentments chase me out of the rooms.


Quit meetings, knew it all!! 


Watched people come and go. Then I went!! 


Got humbled after a 7 year road trip. CUNNING BAFFLING POWERFUL 


  I love to help people, who really want help. 


It is a we program, GOD knows we tried on our own.


AS for the question  I both type and paste, prefer to paste. Depends where the information is.


Copy and paste is easy!! Sometimes I scan it in.  This works ok some of the time.


It's a beautiful day here!!   It's nice to be able to say that.  It takes some work but the promises come true, if you work for them.


Today  I'm a grateful recovering Aocoholic, and this site helps be to remember that.
