Hi Jayne... what a wonderful post, thank you for sharing it! You described what it was like, and what it is like now so eloquently, and in few words......
You sound like a very special person, and I am so glad you are here! We are ALL special, and it is a privilege having another one on board!

Thanks for a super post. You have really reminded me of just how sick I was when I came in to AA. Without the support of everyone in AA I dread to think what would have happened to me.
Take care,
Carol

Welcome to MIP, Jayne! What a beautiful beginning you have made here :)
You've really brought your Avatar to life with your touching Intro post & the replies of hope you're sharing already with others like ourselves in recovery. I'm coming to know you since I started my AA journey in Liverpool & seeing you grow in the last year has been a refreshing excitement. In fact, you've been one of my own personal amazements because I saw how lost & frustrated you were those moons ago where you seemed torn between your old life & values & this new coming to know healthy values & sane thinking & I watched you in fascination come to grips & understandings with your program. I saw you turn from your cocoon into the beautiful, tentative yet courageous butterfly you are today.
I'm honoured to share fellowship with you in Liverpool & now on MIP :D I've been flattered & strengthened by your reaching out & embracing me in your personal friendship. I share loving fellowship with many but there are of course some who will be particularly bonded in a togetherness & I consider you like that for me. Well done in making it here & sharing your miracles with us here. I hope the special people here bring a joy & aid to you the way they have for me. Thanks so much for being here & for working your program. You're an inspiring example to me. Keep up the Goodwork, Jayne! Love in Recovery.. Fellow Scouser..! ;) Danielle xxx
