Hi my name is Linda and i am a Alcoholic i am one of the very lucky ones as i have been sober for 8 years and i also think we are so lucky to have the 12 step recovery programe as i dont think i would of stayed sober without it .
Like you, I am so grateful for the 12 Steps of AA. I believe one of two things about my life without them.... #1, I would either be dead, or #2, I would be living that same life I hated- that I felt like was a living hell and wanted out of badly enough to be suicidal, with no family and no real friends. I was completely miserable.
I am very grateful to not have that kind of chaos going on in my life today.
