 First of all I would like to say hello to everyone.  It has been quite sometime since I have been on the message board.  I recently celebrated a year and it was a very good year.  I know for some people the first year is hard.  I found it to be much easier than drinking everyday.  Thanks to my HIgher Power I have been given a new found strength.  The AA way of life has truly blessed me with a new found freedom.  I find that the 12 steps do really work and as long as I take ONE DAY AT A TIME I am living life the way God intended me to live all along. Hi Rosco, It is good to hear that. I needed to hear that very much. I am in my 3rd day and feel so much hope for my life again and to hear your words have helped me to feel more hope.

Congratulations, it is so nice to see how people are able to apply this wonderful program to their lives and make it work. You should be very proud, and have just been given a virtual high five ! Great news !
