Have I been to a meeting this past week? No. There is the solution, right there, and will get to one today.
Children can sure be emotional at times, and my 2 (stepsons) who are here for summer vacation are testing my limits. Their father is as well. THANK GOD HE IS AT WORK TODAY, OR HE MIGHT BE FINDING HIS UNDIES OUT ON THE FRONT LAWN!!!!
My wreckless alcoholic mind wants me to pick up, tie one on, go for a bender, however you like to describe it. It wants me to get sauced and then screw up my life again. No can do. Not this time.
My plan for today is to get to a meeting. To let the boys do whatever they are going to do, and to get to a meeting. Then lay out in the sun and FRY in the back yard, on my day off. My boss will kill me (he is a dermatologist LOL), but screw him too!!! It is my skin, I have to live in it, and if I want to get fried, so be it. HE can then cut off whatever irregular moles may arise out of the deal. I worked like mad 5 days last week, 10 hour days. I am only supposed to work 3-4 days per week, but they needed me. Today, however, I am not answering the phone!!! Nope!!!
Today, I am NOT a recovering alcoholic employee trying to impress the boss. Today I am NOT a recovering alcoholic step-mom trying to impress the kids and the relatives. Today, I am just a plain old alcoholic who does not want to drink. Period.

Hey Joni I think that was me posting all that today!!!!! Ditto on the laying out and frying myself!!!!! So I should vent too!!!! Husband pissed me off yesterday and being the stubborn brat that I am, with PMS, didnt talk to him all day and night...Apologized this am for "him being mean" -cuz it wasnt me being mean!!!!!!!!! Sick of having my feelings hurt and reacting, then IM THE BAD GUY!!!! He didnt even see his part in it!!!! AGAIN!!!!
Daughters grade card somehow didnt make it in the mail...wondering if she took it and is not telling...She SWEARS she didnt!!! Hmmm....called the school, they are resending but know she got a D in honors english and her butt is grounded starting today...No cell phone, etc. PERIOD!!!! It kills me the most knowing her whining butt will be mooping around me for a week! Should make it longer!!!!
Been praying about my sponsor and whether its time for a change. Could God have answered my prayers today as we were suppose to do step 4-5 today and she cancelled! She's sick AGAIN.... Wondering if I do need a change as she doesnt have exactly what I want. Is that a pre req in a sponsor???
I know for me, havent been to a meeting since thursday that I too need one. Will hit the noon meeting and then fry my ass off!!! Oh, after I pay bills, finish laundry, work out, go to the grocery store, buy cigs, send back my VS bathing suit that is too small in the chest (oh, thats good news) that cost $10.oo to ship, $5.00 to send back and probably another $10 to get one that fits!!! So much for the $39.00 bathing suit that will now cost me $80!!!!!!
So, I feel better now!!!! LOL!!!!!

LOL... so good to have support here, especially from my female friends!! The boys wanted new basketballs, so I bought them BOTH one, and they took them across the street to the school yard to the courts. I hope they stay there for awhile!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think I am sick from all the junk food and chocolate I have been eating lately!!! I made brownies, and then the neighbor brought over chocolate cake, there is ICE CREAM in my freezer for the first time in ages.... AAARRGGHHH!! Yuck Yuck Yuck!!! I am PMSing and withdrawing from all the nasty kiddie-food my husband has been ordering for the past several weeks!! Yeah, I know... I don't have to eat the stuff just because it is here, right??? WRONG!!!!
OMG, the kids are BACK ALREADY.

I had no choclate and have been eating choclate chips for crying out loud!!! Dont look or talk to me wrong today or else!!!!! The great thing is, now PMS lasts 2 weeks and on the 12-14th day....Yowsa! Wath out! Men suck! No pms for them!
