Reason to smile:

Every Seven minutes of every day, some one in an aerobics class, pulls a hamstring.

They keep telling us to get in touch with our bodies.
Mine isnt always that comunicative.
But I heard from it the other day
When I said

"Body? Howd you like to go to the six oclock class in "Vigorous Toning?"

Clear as a bell I heard my body say,

"Listen Fatty!! Do it and Die!!

My mind not only, sometimes wanders,
It sometimes leaves completely.

The nice part about living in a small town

When you dont know what you are doing

Someone else always does.
--------------------------------------------

The best way to forget all your troubles is to wear tight shoes.

Its amazing.

You hang something in your closet for a while

And it shrinks two sizes.
----------------------------------------------

Just when I am getting used to yesterday

Along comes today.

Sometimes, I think I understand everything

Then, I regain consciousness.

Goodmorning Phil, old chap..... I know this post wasn't meant for me ,hmmmmm, but I read it anyway. Thanks for the laugh, my smile will be working in about an hour when my body wakes up.
